This is a new mod, based on old MWM, with many changes, new units and fixed bugs. You can enjoy two thematic schemes with following nations and fractions
EUROPE: RUSSIA, BELARUS, LDNR, UKRAINE, USA, GREAT BRITAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, POLAND, GEORGIA
DESERT: SYRIA, OPPOSITION, TURKEY, IRAN, USA, ISRAEL, USA, RUSSIA
English Menu, Editor, unit names etc.
We will be very happy to see missions for MWM2 by SSMD-mappers

Hi rashidudin,

Before the Vietnam Mod I've never played any kind of these modern warfare mods, but I must admit it looks amazing and after some first testing it also looks well balanced. The variety of objects and buildings is fantastic. For my taste it would be great if there will be some additions for the IDF like several options for Magach- and Centurion-Shot-tanks as well as the uparmored T-62M for the Russian and Syrian side. A German Marder APC would also be great.

What I've learned so far, I would say that the damage-model is also very advanced. Regarding the newest tanks models of all nations you should take into account that their visibility from the tank is far better than that of earlier models. Nearly all new models have 360 degree cameras with full all round visibility what should be reflected in the mod with a much enhanced view (probably comparable to Combos choice to create command tanks with better all round vision in the WWM).

MWM is still under construction, many units are to be added to unitpacks.

several options for Magach
It depends of the limit. Now we are planning to add some uits we need for current missions.

and Centurion-Shot-tanks
I`m afraid, the main idea of MWM2 is to make contremporary unitpacks for all nations. Centurions in IDF are out of service for long time as well as T62 in Russia (and this is why there are no Marders, because they are to be replaced bu Pumas in short time). Syrian arab army get some T62M, but we think there is a planty of syrian tanks in MWM already. It`s better to make some modern units.

Hi Rashidudin,

after gaining some experience with this new kind of combat I must admit: Great work!

I'm currently on the way creating my first mission within this mod, and I observed the following things:

1. When creating a map you have to take into account, that none of the horizontal and free objects are "blocked". That means, when creating a map with an amount of mountains like Afghanistan you individually have to set the "block" and "fullstop" items. There is a need in doing so, when trying to avoid, that your tanks and vehicles move trough all mountains and barriers, but it's a huge work in doing so (also because you cannot increase the "brush-size").

2. When deleting Player-units from the map during scripting, the systems crashes when trying to delete the last Player-unit.

3. During the game I observed several crashes after transport planes tried to deliver their loadout or paras. The reason may be, that they have tried to disembark over "blocked" terrain.

The latter two things are really minor bugs. Overall I feel that this is a very stable mod without bigger problems.
