I love how this man has been posting his own gameplay of the same map for five long years now as far as I could remember

That's a better use for the HD patch

We should make this thread an archive for the game in general and not just mod-files and such but we should respect the original name anyway, it's brilliant.

P.S... this patch was made more than a month ago and was only shared within the isolated multiplayer community, so I decided to share it for everyone for the sake of ... justice.

BD74's map dates back 22 years ago. (2003), so I highly doubt he will see your message.
You can for sure use his map but it would be cool if you mention that the map is his in your description when you upload your new mission somewhere.

I understand, making maps is no problem, whatsoever. The community can make many maps especially if the mod is well done.

Man get over it it, the original game is 30 years or whatever old. The world is changing, nobody gives a rat's ass about authenticity, entertainment (and of course profit) is what counts. Don't get stuck in the past, move on and be happy about the times you had with SS, SS2 and SSRFW. Nothing ...
