Some screens of the most recent additions:
A forest with a small, shallow ditch running through it.
A forest path with the remains of an abushed russian convoy:
New map: Battle for Germany, 1945 (384 x 384)
The map is almost done..
I've added several 'composite' buildings... i.e, complex buildings that are composed of an assembly of various buildings..
First, the cathedral, situated in the heart of the city/town:
Second, the monestary,
and finally, the bank.. not that spectacular, but I personally feel that it adequately portrays a bank or any such business-related structure.

Re: New map: Battle for Germany, 1945 (384 x 384)
So.. it's finally done!
I did however reduce the size of the map to 384x384 because I had the impression that the bugs I experienced on this map were due to the insanely high number of objects, that surpassed the max 2 or 3 fold at least.
With this map I intend to capture the fierce combat that took place in and around the city of Luban, when it became the theatre of one of Germany's last, succesful military counteroffensives.
