When exactly appears this problem? When ending a map or while playing on it?

hi i have win xp 32
this problem occurs at different times
sometimes 5 min when i start play, sometimes 15 min when i start play
but i noticed that sometimes problem occurs at the same point on the map

Did you install both Sudden Strike II patches? (Version 1.9 -> 2.0 and Version 2.0 -> 2.2)

Does this problem only appear on one map or on different maps?

when i instal sudden strike i was have 2.0 and then i was instal 2.2
