Rollbahn maps don't work

Hey i downloaded the maps Rollbahn I-III from this site (singleplayer wehrmacht ssrw). But when i try to load them my game crashes and i get the message: assertion failed. I play the maps without mods, although i do have mods installed. Does anyone know what i can do about this??
