balanced maps

Any suggestion for a "Balanced" weapon list or opinion poll or even make an official list...?? especially for map makers ....so that games become more acciuret
I have seen too many games flopping or players dropping out for this or that reason etc etc and maybe not been really justified. ..Its only my humble opinion
