where I can find a map converter for rwm?

I have been using an old mapconverter I think version 2.1.
I tworked fine to decompile ss2 maps but not for rwm.I can send a rwm mp mission to the editor but most of the files are either corrupted or missing when I open them.Is there another version or not?
