RWM multiplayer guide, how to join and play

Greetings comrades, generals.
This guide will hopefully contain all the information you need if you want to join our community and play multiplayer RWM with us

1- Mod download
You can download the RWM 8.5 mod directly from here : https://www.sudden-strike-maps.de/mayor/RWM-8.5.rar ( posted by MaYor on the forum)

2- Whatsapp group

This is the main place where we contact each other and organise games and see who is available for game. After games we usually discuss the statistics and the main events of the games, etc
For the link of the group please contact me or Mayor in private and we will get to you

3- Teamspeak server

We use the teamspeak to easily communicate in voice. During games we join the channels and start to play. You can talk to you're team members, discuss battle plans, etc
Usually after the game ends we start to also talk about how players played and events.

When you open teamspeak, go to "Tools" tab and select "Options". From there go to "Capture" and set a key to talk. When you press the key, other people will hear you talking (you need a good mic and headphones)
The Adress for our server is:
teamspeak.sudden-strike-maps.de:9988
The server could be down frequently due to some problems.
So instead you can join our friends in the Grenadier server.
Adress: comgames.de:9988

4- Radmin server
VPN is the only way to play this game today, there is Hamachi, tuggle (down) and Radmin
We prefer to use radmin because it's simple and can take unlimited members in a server.

Before you play you need to be in the same server with who you will play with. We use a server for all if us players, join us to play:

Name : RWM
For password please ask me or admin in private.

5- Game

You need to make sure you have 2 things in you're hand before playing the game...

1) Time
You need to have a lot of time in you're hands, games can go up to 2-4 hours on average (6v6)
2) Internet Connection
You need to make sure you have a stable internet connection to play. Bad connection will cause game to drop and freeze. You can also use mobile hotspot if you have a good one

You will need to turn off 2 things on your windows

1) Firewall
Firewall blocks the incoming connection, so it will cause bad connection and dropping in game.
2) Anti Virus
The Anti-Virus does the same thing firewall does, so better to turn it off.

To join the multiplayer game, you need to open the game through rwm.exe or rwm.bat

GAMES USUALLY START 20:00PM - 22:00PM CET (Centeral Europe Time)

On the menu click:

MP headquarters --> Join --> Join
You need to make sure the game is open (ask in whatsapp or teamspeak)
You can also create you're own game.
