joining by gamespy

HI, i just got sudden strike 2, and i was wondering if i can join games by gamepsy or can i only play multiplayer by direct IP??? I already tried to join by direct ip ( found ip's on ip-borse) but somehow i haven't been able to join a game

I also read somewhere that there is a anti cheat program, does everybody use it, so that i always need to have it on to join a game?

no i found out, i need to open some ports, only i think i don't have opened them all, has anyone got a list of all ports??
and what does it mean when my ping is zero??? and how can i prevent it, some people kicked me out of their server because my ping was zero :s
