@Viriato,

Remember, Europe is still in holiday mood...

When the new scheme comes out we have plenty time to play around with it, and make new suggestions, more people involved.

And, hopefully the modders (in this case Tijn) will release new tools. :wink:

@Tijn and Batus,

Any news? Did you decide to sit under the tree? :lol:

Sitting under a tree and smelling the flowers has always been my greatest ambition. :D
Martijn's busy. When he comes back, he will update the scheme.

Amen on that one, the whole RWM team deserves a rest, yep; all two - or three if Batus is included - of them!
we shall fight them on the beaches and on the fields, we shall fight them in the streets and we shall never surrender, because there isn't a button for that :-) ) And we wont dig fortifications until SS3 =) or after it because the bastards didn't include it...

Hi ,just to mention I just had a crash test with a huge 384 map on multyplayer .everything is fine but the colour of the tanks ,at least german are a bit greeny from normal

Maybe you got "units in player colour" enabled?

:oops: you were right lamafarmer.
This rwm 7b4 384 map was simply tranfered to the schemme .There were some changses to be made when the process was done and it took me a while long to update it but the basics where there .The other problem i found is that most units come out with "no attack" option on.As I said i simply overwrote the new mission with the old one .It works fine .
It has more than 60000 objects and no problem ... :D

Will there be new terrain in the final or will we keep the stock standard green etc?

Yeah? Iff possible please use the textures from the "SSF summer" scheme or the "mountain" scheme in LRM5, sorry to burden the busy barbarossa and Tijn with more work but it would definitely improve the scheme.

Or if its possible to mix and match, maybe take something from the terrain samples that Spacen posted in the german forum. Don't really like his asphalt (too purple) but his sand and some of his 'dry' terrain types looks pretty good imo, especially to represent the ostfront - bit more detailed/not so cheesy as the summer scheme originals. I thought I also saw some good stuff from Batus on sust.com, but couldn't find it last time I looked there.

As for that original green...I think the only place I've ever seen anything remotely like it is on a golfcourse :wink:
