new map: Somewhere in Normany (256x256)

hi,

I'm building a new mp/sp map.

Several images:

Just a piece of harmonious nature, yet to be disturbed by rolling tanks.



This scene was inspired by the radar-post scene from 'Saving private Ryan, although that radio bunker wasn't situated on an island...This was implemented to position it on a spot thats equally accessible to both teams.



My interpretation of a pitoresque Normandy village.

nice! Your first impressions looking quite presentable.

What about your East Prussian Map, you told once that you're working on a east prussian Map. Did you give up this map (I hope not).

Thanks for the compliment.

About the East Prussia map; i'm still working on it. The map is approx 90% complete and I've already written an extensive mission for it. I did however edited the scenario, again including western allies rather then Soviets.
I'm not yet sure which battle or campaign will eventually serve as the historical setting for this map, if any. It may just be a fictive scenario in the end.
