Can't join/creat Game

Hello i have install SS2 and Rwm 6.7 and 6.8 with last and i have follow all instruction up but At the moment i cant Play Multiplayer game...i have try for hour but nothing !
So i have Kerio Firewall and Usb key internet and i can play all other Game online but SS2 want my death !
Any have same problem or can help me ? (i give all permission from my kerio for Game_exe but nothing. )

problem fixed But now i have one other problem

Cant join Multiplayer launcher its done ?

I think that the switcher is down at the moment!
