i wanna know is there a limit of buildings you can include in a mod (not mapping) and if there is one were is it

For detour of a limit of buildings it is possible to make vertical objects in the form of buildings. In the destroyed kind these objects should выгледеть as the destroyed buildings and to have continuous blocking. The limit of objects is equal in game 50000 so will suffice on cards to 384*384 inclusive (about 512*512 I do not know).
Lack: the infantry can't get into these "buildings", so, if in not destroyed kind these objects look as a building with a standard of living or 3 to look 2 this all will be not so realistic; if in not destroyed kind these objects look as a building with a standard of living 0 or 1 it will be possible to construct of these objects only a destroyed/dilapidated city.

i had a misstake in the "info" File i had 536 instead of 636
now no problems with 667 buildings
