RCM 2.6 available

Thanks to the Hungarian team , RCM 2.6 is now available.
You can DL the mod here :

You will find a readme.text for the installation

You must have RCM 2.0 and RCM 2.5 already installed.

i have a question. because the maps from rcm 2.5 are the compatible to rcm 2.6?

first, I don't thik maps are compatible between 2.5 and 2.6. Sometimes, yes, sometimes not.
Personnally, I will recompile all maps, with new units...

For the installation, RCM 2.0 and 2.5 are working ?

If yes, you launch 2.6 with the same manner you launched 2.5. It is still RCM-II-SB, it replaces simply 2.5.

When you launch the game, you will notice that it is 2.6.

The banner in the MMS have not been changed, so it is written 2.5.

Läuft im Switcher auch über "RCM-II-SB" wie die vorige Version.

Für meinen Geschmack am Anfang wohl ein wenig übertrieben der Angriff des Feindes.

komisch ich hab die maps wie angegeben in den ordner eingefügt werde aber nicht erkannt.... rcm 2.0 un 2.5 laufen

neues prob ich habs hibekommen aber beim laden der map kommt unknown unit avia desc entweder ju 87 oder me 109g ich bin langsam am ende wer kann mir helfen

Hier solltest Du genaustens die Readme Datei lesen. Mußte ich auch ein paar mal, gebe ich zu meiner Schande zu .

1/ copy the file sudtest.ini from the directory "run" to the directory "ressource war/Run"

2/ copy the file Edit3.ini from the directory "run_editor" to the directory "ressource war/Run/editor"

3/ copy the two files (rcmsounds.rus + rcmsounds.hdr) from the directory "run_rcm2"
to the directory "ressource war/Run/RCM2/"

4/ copy the files from the directory "run_rcm2_addon"
(lang.sue + game_addon.sue + editor_addon.sue + desc_summer.sue + desc_desert.sue + _filelist.txt
in the directory "ressource war/Run/RCM2/addon"




5/maps
go in the directory "run_rcm2_maps_addon/single"
copy the files ( (RCM2.6)-zsitomir.ssm + (RCM2.6)-singleplayermaps.txt + (RCM2.6)-all units testmap2.ssm + (RCM2.6)-all units testmap.ssm)
in the directory "ressource war/Run/RCM2/maps_addon/single"
do the same for the other subdirectories if necessary (multi and editor)

6/copy the 2 sub directories of the directory "ss2switcher_RCM2SB" (default et config)
in the directory "ressource war/ss2switcher/RCM2SB" (be careful, not in RCM2 , that is for winter war)

Readme RCM 2.6

1/ Kopiere die Datei sudtest.ini aus dem Verzeichnis "run" in den Ordner "ressource war/Run"

2/ Kopiere die Datei edit3.ini aus dem Verzeichnis "run_editor" in den Ordner "ressource war/Run/editor"

3/ Kopiere die beiden Dateien (rcmsounds.rus + rcmsounds.hdr) aus dem Verzeichnis "run_rcm2" in den Ordner "ressource war/Run/RCM2/"

4/ Kopiere auch die Dateien aus dem Ordner "run_rcm2_addon"
(lang.sue + game_addon.sue + editor_addon.sue + desc_summer.sue + desc_desert.sue + _filelist.txt )
in das Verzeichnis "ressource war/Run/RCM2/addon"

5/ Karten
Gehe zu dem Ordner "run_rcm2_maps_addon/single"
Kopiere die Dateien ( (RCM2.6)-zsitomir.ssm + (RCM2.6)-singleplayermaps.txt + (RCM2.6)-all units testmap2.ssm + (RCM2.6)-all units testmap.ssm)
in das Verzeichnis "ressource war/Run/RCM2/maps_addon/single" ,
verfahre auch so mit den anderen Unterordnern , wenn nötig (multi und editor).

6/ Zu guter letzt kopiere die beiden Unterordner des Verzeichnisses "ss2switcher_RCM2SB" (default et config) "
in den Ordner "ressource war/ss2switcher/RCM2SB"
(ACHTUNG!!! tue das nicht in RCM2, das ist für Winter Karten).

Ich hoffe, ich habe alles soweit richtig übersetzt, mit der Warnung im letzten Punkt bin ich mir zum Beispiel unsicher...

Hi kameraden,
ich hab ein kleinen problem bei dir Installation von RCM 2.0! Ich hab das in meinen SS:RW ordner installiert und danach den mms in den selben ordner installiert!
Aber RCM 2.0 wird nicht im Switcher angezeigt - auch nicht nach dem Fix Config klick
Hängt das mit dem RCM2 ordner zusammen der bei "mms files" dabei war?
Wo muss der hin?
Oder hab ich den Switcher in den falschen Ordner installiert?
Fragen über fragen lol
Hoffe mir kann einer helfen
