1870 war = german win
1914/18 = fr win
1944/45 = german win (on fr)

1914/18: France can only win with heavy support from England and the United States.
Alone, they have probs (except Napoleon).
And since the World War I France hasnt done well... lost the WWII, the Vichy-regime, and then lost all colonies while killing arabians.
