Well, sue files...ask a Lawyer because they are good in suing.

Wheat, any Farmer Association will provide good info. Its their business.

Grass...quite complicated. I would refer you to Rastafarian. But you wouldn't be able to find the grass...Rastafarians don't walk on the grass, they smoke it.
