PWM 2.0 FIXED
Verfasst: 05.09.2008, 08:47
This is the only way that I found to get PWM 2.0 to actually work.
1.Install SSRW
2.extract/install ssrw patch 1 into SSRW folder Run
3.Extract/install mms 1.5 for SSRW into your Main SSRW Folder
4.Run the PWM 1.0 exe and install it into SSRW Main folder
5.install Bugfix
Unzip the PWM 2.0 mod to your desktop...Yes thats right, your desktop.
You will have the Pacidic Warfare Modification folder and inside is the PWM folder.
Now open this and copy the following;
SCB
ss2switcher
switcher.ini
MultiModSwitcher.exe
Now paste it into the Sudden Strike - Resource War folder overwriting anything thats there.
Open the RUN folder from the PWM 2.0 mod and copy the game_scheme3_NEU and HSM folder and paste it into the Sudden Strike - Resource War\Run folder.
Thats it now the mod should work.
The only thing is that all those cool new buildings that you may have seen in the screenshots, well it turn out that not a single one is in this mod because I have opened the editor and just the basic SSRW buildings are there...and yes I did go through all the schemes so I don't know if those new buildings will be put into an update or if the modders decided to keep them for themselves.
I myself would not have released this mod without them, even if this is just a Beta version,at least have the the correct information on how to install the mod.
