Ports for hosting?

OK, I have open following ports:
2300 through 2400 TCP/UDP
6073 TCP/UDP
47624 TCP/UDP
but I can't host the game. Is there some other port I need to open? I think I saw somewhere that 1337 has to be open for MS to work.

TCP 2300

UDP 1900

Nope, still doesn't work. I opened all of those ports and nobody can join.

Yep, stupid windows firewall. I keep forgetting to turn it off. Worked like a charm, thanks Hassan.
