Hi,guys! A new map finished!

I will check it. There were two Budapest maps in HS2, but they were unhistorical and incorrect maps. (One of them included T-38 amphibius tanks, another one was a sommer map. )

I hope your map will be a good historical map.

I started the map. The landscape is very good. The autumn scheme is very good too. This island between the rivers is the Csepel Island? (An island in south of Budapest? http://www.cshve.hu/terkep3.html).

Some advice:

1. Maus tank never was used in BP.

1. The Tiger II Ausf. B tanks were in the castle in Buda, but they never were in Csepel Island. And this Tiger II B-s were damaged by their cres in february 1945, becouse they haven't got fuel and ammo... Tiger II B's (King tigers) NEVER fought in Budapest.

3. Flak 41 AA gun NEVER was used in BP.

4. British Vickers machine gun never was in service in Hungary. Germany captured lot of this type of Machine guns, but they naver used them in Hungary. I know, that the hungarian 1907/15M Machine gunand the MG 08 machine gun was a Maxim-type machine gun like the british Vickers, but this british MG is very hard in Budapest.

5. The HS3 modders don't know the soviet unifroms, becouse the soviet soldiers are dark green.

6. Siege of Budapest was between 1944 december and february. Some soviet forces reached the Csepel island earlier, in november. The winter map will be much better for Budapest. This autumn map is looking very good, but unhistorical.

Very good and hard defensive map, but only for fun. The mission is good too.

Summa summarum: good fantasy map with exciting mission.

Gameplay: 10/8
Landscape: 10/10
Landscape like history and geography: 10/1
Units arsenal: 10/2

I think lot of PLAYERS will enjoy this map. I enjoy it too.

The mission is good, like a game. Only for fun. But totally fantasy in historical aspect.

There was a single player map in HS2 in Budapest maybe one year ago. When i looked at the T-38 amphibius tank, I switched on the game. Becouse it was terrible. (The last use of the T-38 was in 1941!!!!!)
