Arnhem 512x512
hi guys
quite new to posting here . I've decided to start making a map about the Battle of Arnhem playing as the British 1st Airborne Division, should hopefully be very detailed and accurate ..... well I'd hope as I wrote my University dissertation on this battle . this will be my first map i share made plenty but this is the first mod i feel I could make an accurate one for Arnhem on. and tips or pointers are welcome,

Re: Arnhem 512x512
Light armored vehicles and Inf against II. SS Panzerkorps. Difficult stuff to get a playable balance here I guess.
Re: Arnhem 512x512

I'm glad it was greeted well thanks for the comments.
yeah I understand what you mean but the II. SS PanzerKorps wasn'y at complete strength so it wont be an overwhelming number of German tanks enough to make it a challenge and to make you think where is best to place your 6 Pounders and the odd 17 pounder that did make it. however naively i Havent tested how affective the British anti tank weapons are against the german panzers mainly against the tiger I/II
I plan on the mission being about holding out for a set period of time until *** Corps arrive and then to try and relieve the Paras. obviously it will be as accurate as possible however the intention isnt for the end game your forces being forced to retreat or annihalation so their will be the opportunity for *** Corps to reach Arnhem.
