Sudden-Strike-Maps

I can't run Sudden Strike 2 on Windows 8.1 64bit.I get a VStart Error:Can't Load profile.\sudtest.in.The screen give this error message after lasering a building in the intro.

I've now have sound.I chose 'Speakers' as the default audio device in the windows sound properties.

I can't get any sound since updating my graphic driver:NVIDIA GeForce9600CT,version 311.06.I have Windows Vista with service pack 1 and 2.Sudden Strike version 2.0.
