Thank you RT. I got past this by killing a unit at the bottom corner of Pitomnik near where my units go neutral and shifting some units around near Rynok.
I have another problem now...the rail reinforcements at Basargina will not come which I am in desperate need of, nor is the depot at Pitomnik ...
