No.
Funnels disappear by themselves only when the buffer allocated for them "overflows". Simply put, if there are too many of them, the older ones start to disappear.

You can take the version from our mod - RWG ToW, it supports 4 languages: Russian, English, German and French.
You will also need file template.set, it contains the names and settings of the figures. Files for different languages are located in the ..\lang\"desired language"\Editor\

The problem here is that one such “tank” will have a maximum crew of 2 people, and the second one must be of the apc type (which will cause problems in scripts when changing a unit already in the game).
