How to edit existing map or mission from someone else ?

How to load existing single missions/map into the map editor?? I want edit a maps from someone else.

Hi,

Old mapconverter tool from MZach attached, worked well under XP, but it seems to have issues under W7 and up, so no guarantees it will work.
