What issues are you running into, do you get error messages? Which version of W10 are you using?

For me RWM 8.0 runs without any problems on W10 professional edition 64 bit.

Sounds like a firewall/router issue to me. Make sure that the necessary ports are opened. Settings must be somewhere in this forum.
