How to install mods ?

Hey,

I'm new to SS4 so this may seem like a stupid question but how does one install a mod ?

I use the Steam version (v1.15.30043) of the game and would like to install the SS4 Extended Zoom Mod v1.7 by @Casquebleu so I dropped the "gamedata" file in the Sudden Strike4/AssetBundles folder as per instruction. I backed up the original gamedata file and left it in the folder as gamedata.zip.
After restarting I see no changes. What am I doing wrong here ?

Welcome here

Launch your game, then in "CONTROL" settings, you must activate "EXTENDED" to "CAMERA ZOOM MOD".

That should activate new zoom in and out mod.

I noticed that I have the STEAM version 15.30080 of the game but the mod works anyway.
This mod tackles one of the features I miss(ed) in SS4. It should be integrated in the Vanilla version as a standard option.

If you don't want the new skins, just install gamedata file.
