Reinforcement time question.

Whenever I select the arrival time no more than 40 minutes it is fine work somoothly.

But If I select the time over 40minutes such as 50min 59min reinforcement arrives in a random time....

Can you help this out???

Is 40 min is the maximum time to hold the reinforcement???

Maybe you make sure the time is correct. Or maybe such stuff like this happens if there is too many scripts.
