About tne nations: as you know, the number of units is limited, so in the last version of MWM I was pushed to devide the european unitpack to provide room for new units. There are two European unitpacks now.
1) Donbass and the Caucasus - USA, Russia, Germany, UK + Ukrain, Georgia, Donetzk/Lugansk people's republic
2) Koenigsberg - USA, Russia, Germany, UK + France, Belorussia, Poland
Both are available in summer and late autumn setting.
And, of course, there is
3) Middle East - Syria, Israel, Turkey, Russia, USA, Iran, Syrian opposition

deutsch: Hat jemand zufällig eine Liste von den Shortcuts im Editor,
damit würde es sich nämlich viel schneller arbeiten. Ich hab schon im Internet und in diesem
Forum versucht was zu finden, leider ohne Erfolg.

I think the solution is to click on Add new. It is better to use and all the nations are there. The option your adding units from has some glitches. I tried using it making a Multiplayer map in RWM 8.4 and it crashed

The real answer is that, you must change the scheme when creating the map
Poland France and Germany are NOT part of the scheme "Syria"
In the same respect, Iraq wont be in the "Europe" scheme
