I have a map that can be used normally in raw8.5 version, including the source files.
I tried to put this SSM map file into another modified version of the game to use
But it always pops up various error prompts, which generally means that various module information is missing
I speculate that the reason is that the mod information in this modified version of the game has undergone significant changes, but I am not sure how it was actually done. I tried to replace the rwm_common_descosue file with the modified version of the game, but an error still popped up, indicating that not only this file has been modified.
Can someone help me tell how the modified version of the game was modified? The specific process is required because I also searched on this forum and found that the knowledge is very messy, without focusing on this topic.
And, is there any other good way to address my situation?

Re: The map of raw8.5 can be used in other modified versions
If I understand your question correctly, you try to use a map für RWM8.5 on another mod. Forget it. Maps made for one mod are incompatile with other mods.
If you have the source files for the map you might be able to get it to run. You would have to replace units from RWM with the respective units from the other mod while retaining the information which group each unit belongs to. Then you would have to replace all buildings, trees, textures, objects etc. that are in RWM but not in the other mod with adequate buidlings, trees, textures, objects etc. from the other mod. Though all this might be possible in theory I doubt it will be worth the effort.
Even if you manage to get this heavily modified map to run there's no guarantee that it will be fun to play because shooting ranges and damage model differ very much between the mods. It's possible that the map will be totally unbalanced in your destination mod.
