Hey everyone. Seriously, without trolling, when can we expect the mod's release? Let the author just say he's sick, got married, or has been making maps for so long. I really would like to know why it is particularly this one mod you keep going on and on about. I don't remember you making such a fuss about RWM 8.5 or WWM, both mods where the developers have been silent for long periods of time. Why the Eastern Front Mod?

Well, because Mutellip keeps promising a mod release on May 17, and every time, time passes and there's nothing. Other mods haven't specified release dates. And here, you just wait anxiously for May 17th, and again, nothing. And it will be the same next year. Last time I sent him a lot of things he needed, he went in, downloaded them, and then just went back in and didn't write anything. He didn't even thank me. What do you mean by that? He didn't even respond about the maps he's been making for two months. He could have said he's still making maps there and has no time. But here he's just ignoring everyone, which is unclear. So project of Mutellip mod is closed like mod AXPRM.

Why he not answer about maps ?
He's been on the forum many times since then. So it's reasonable to assume his mod project is probably closed and discontinued. So as not to mislead all the gamers. It's reasonable, yes, I don't see any other options. Well, now no one's calling him a lier. Let Mutellip himself write that the mod project is probably closed. Just to be sure to know.

If I remember correctly May 17th is bis birthday. Perhaps that is why he wants to get it published exactly on that date. So if he doesn't finish it one year he just shifts it to the next year to make it a birthday present for himself. Well, it is his mod, so his decision. I have to admit, though: It would be nice to hear from him.

That's right technically but for example RWM developers have announced 8.5 many times as almost finished and kept the community waiting for quite some time. AXPRM 1.0 had been announced to be finished but never got published. PRM was announced with a long list of features. The developer never posted again after a short time. So many projects have been delayed or cancelled without an explanation. It is almost normal.
And a bit sad...

See, that is something I had been missing. I can better understand now why you have been so upset. That absolutely is not the polite thing to do. If he received some of the really nice work you have presented here the least he could have done was to say thank you. I hope you will get proper credit for your work if the mod gets published some day.

Well, wasn't this little chat we had just now a better way of communicating? Perhaps we all should have taken a deep breath first and calmed down instead of getting at each others' throats. And that is also me included.
