Rather than spamming the main thread of the WWM section with stuff related to my Lauban map I will dump it here in stead.

I'm currently building the city itself.. laborious work but fun.

February 1945 - Troops of the 6th Volksgrenadier Division have recieved orders to halt any Soviet advance in the Lauban area. On the evening of the 17th of february, An armoured spearhead of the 7th Guard Tank Corps of the 3rd Guard Tank Army -under the command of general Ivanov- launched an assault on Lauban and quickly penetrated the northern en eastern suburbs of the city.

In terms of time the map is about halfway done. The city of Lauban -by far the most time consuming part of the map- is 100% complete (will likely add minor changes and some detail as I progress though). Naumburg am Queis will be the second largest town -at the opposite end of the map- on the map and will roughly be 1/4th of Lauban in size.

The following towns will be included on the map:

Lauban, Naumburg, Schreibersdorf, Gruna, Rachenau, Hennersdorf, Seifersdorf, Ober Bilau, Logau, Kunzendorf, Alt Neuland, Gunthersdorf and Thiemendorf. This roughly covers the towns involved in the operation.
