Has anyone completed or won this map/mission?

I am "stuck". I have triggered a few air raids and infantry attacks but now they have stopped.

PM me if you have a suggestion so not to spoil for others.

Find some ammo here. After you take VIRE, you will get a little more ammo. Collect and protect your pioneers for mine laying. The Wirblewinds can kill a lot of infantry-

NO PEEKING with "omni" or your computer will explode:)

Stick with it- this is one of the best maps/missions ever made for SS. It is difficult and challenging but very fair.

SPOILER ALERT



Here is a way to advance past VIRE. You have to conquer VIRE first before you can mine the areas near or past VIRE. The best route to advance after you take VIRE, is the red line.


From the beginning, collect the pioneers and don't lose them. You will need them as the game progresses..

Make sure your soldiers have their weapons loaded when you advance towards VILLERS-BOCAGE:)

SPOILER
Clear Vire of enemy but do not attack any of the houses past the windmill. Don't go past the windmill or you will trigger more attacks. When VIRE has no more (visible) soldiers, you can lay mines in the area past VIRE. After you lay mines, attack all of the houses in Vire and be prepared for large attacks. Also, do not advance towards Villers-Bocage until after you have completely taken VIRE.

Start again and plan your attacks and defense. You have to conquer VIRE (the second village) and the large attacks before going to Villers-Bocage. Yes,it is difficult. Keep trying

Yes, it is a difficult and challenging map. You have not occupied VIRE per the orders.

Moin!

Hab nach längerer Zeit mal wieder weiter gemacht.
Die Map muss doch zu schaffen sein!
Jetzt hab ich auch die Stelle gefunden, wo man den General anfordern kann.
Der kommt dann gleich mit Verstärkung. Wenn man den General zu verschiedenen Punkten auf der Karte bewegt, gibts immer wieder Verstärkung.
Werde über die Feiertage dann mal mit neuer Motivation weitermachen.
